I saw the delivery date change from Feb. to May last night... I was so bummed.

That's rough. I work with trucking companies, they are having a very difficult time hiring drivers. I'm getting mine by rail, but then a trucking company takes it to the dealer from there. Luckily, I know the trucking company.

I too am in NE. My build date was 1/20; my tracker still says in production, but the modules show that it has been built. Either way, my Estimated Delivery Date on my tracker is 2/10. So 18 days appears to be the time for delivery from MI to NE. I'm in southeastern MA.

Generally speaking, in order to have a binding agreement in most states, you need to have the signature of the party you are trying to enforce the contract with. Statute of Frauds issue. So in all likelihood, a order sheet with the customer's signature will be of no dice. Ask your local attorney.

I put in my reservation for a 2DR Base Standard back in March.. which was at the 9th inning for reservations. Order right after that. Late by all means. I changed mine to a 4DR 2.7 in October of this year. I just got my build date for the week of Jan. 24. Insane.
