It wouldn’t hurt. It didn’t take the ford rep long to tell me they were there and available. If you know that, you can be persistent at the dealership if they have trouble finding them like mine did.

I just posted a thread about this because I was in the same situation. I called ford and they confirmed I had points available but they had to be activated by the dealer. It took 2 people in the parts department a while but they finally found the 200k and the 20k rewards they had to “redeem”...

I’m glad your dealer was more on top of things. Did yours find any price protection in the system? That’s another thing I was expecting but the dealer just couldn’t seem to find.
