  2. Cargo box for Trailrax half-rack?

Hi Kevin, The bronco looks awesome! This case should fit pretty perfect on there! You just may need to move the crossbars into the slots for proper spacing https://www.pelican.com/us/en/product/cases/cargo/bx140r Thanks,
  3. Possible solution for no single roof front cross bar

This is a perfect solution for our full length rack! Due to the weight of the kayaks and the volume in size, wind and other dynamic forces add more to the situation giving the full length rack the best fit for this situation. We understand that you want to do minimal parts but with those minimal...

Hoping in here for some fun! We got a badlands 2.7L, mid travel RPG kit (6" wider track), 8" fiberglass, Alucab 3R tent, about 6000lbs so almost full payload, 37" Falken RT tires. Ford performance tune (probably the biggest mpg saver) Picture for reference as well. We average about 13.5 on...

  10. TrailRax Modular Roof Rack For Your Bronco

That is going to be super tough. The rack is 48” wide, you would need to offset the tent way off on one side so you can fit the awning. To be honest, it maybe better to just choose one of the two. We have an awning on our Bronco and rarely use it.
  11. TrailRax Modular Roof Rack For Your Bronco

Awesome! Thanks for your interest in TrailRax products. If you are thinking of mounting the 5 gallon rinse kit, it is best to mount that to the rack, it is too large to fit side to side on the Pak Rax. You should be able to mount it directly to our Rack without issue. Feel free to email...

  16. Hardtop Roof Rack: if you were buying today?

Hoping in here, those points you are talking about where the front of our rack mounts into is actually an incredibly strong spot to mount to. The plastic cowl that others mount to tend to have a lot of play in the plastic but could also be a good point to mount to.
  17. Hardtop Roof Rack: if you were buying today?

We do not because of the amount of wind noise that it would create. For us and most, it is unbearable. The TSLOT extrusions are very nice but when wind noise is applied to them, it causes a lot of noise, hence our wind deflector and the way we designed our rack. For your situation, we...
  18. Build Showcase: Justin B McBride's Bronco Build Featuring TrailRax Parts

Hey! Depends on how you want to mount it, if you want more of a permanent solution, Justin resorted for a directly bolted on solution, so it does not use the mount from Water Port. Another solution we have seen is customers using that removable mount feature but adding an additional flat plate...
  19. Easy Roof Light Bar Wiring DIY

Coming in here to add some details to this, Heretic and Baja designs use different diodes for their lights, one is physically smaller that draws more power to meet the lumens that are needed while another is a larger diode that uses less power to meet the lumens needed. Hope this makes sense!
