Glad to see you read my post. I did say if they prove it. The point was that they can't just say warranty voided because it's not their part when you go to get a service and they see it installed. HD already set the standard for doing this and got slapped down for it. But thanks for your thoughts...
So a bit on the statement to go Ford or void your warranty. The Magnuson Moss warranty act is the ruling law on warranties in this country. It states that in order for a warranty to be voided the manufacturer, in this case Ford is required to prove 100% that the after market item you used...
Well, in washington state, a verbal agreement is a binding contract. So I'm sure that a signed dealership document stating what vehicle and how much was agreed among would be more than enough.
i ordered my wildtrack 2dr in cactus grey lux package with tow on 101321 from Kendall ford in Marysville Wa. it got built and delivered on 041522. so here's the rub, i ordered the tow package knowing it was a constrained item. when it arrived it had no tow package. so that's why it got built so...
i've had my wildtrack for a month now and found that at 65mph the rpms are 1500 or so. i have the 4.7 gears so they're pretty high. for example my 1967 chevelle had 3.73 with a 2sp powerglide tranny. at 65 i believe my rpms to be around 3k. with the 4.11 the rpms at 65 were like 4500. this is...
do your research. there was no allocation system in place when ford opened up the reservation system for broncos. it was to be first reserved first built. when ford realized the sheer number of reservations they realized they could not deliver and implemented this allocation system. and since...
you are joking right. if i want to transfer to another dealer so that i can get my rig on time it is my prerogative. it is fords f*cked up institution of the allocation system after the reservation program started that caused all this mess. their institution of the flawed reservation system is...
So,
if i'm reading this correctly ford is so far behind that they are just now starting builds that were to be built on 12/6/21 thru 02/21/22. So if that's the case my 032122 production date is bullshit and wont actually be built until May, June, July maybe.....
Well mine was this week so don't be a dick... Some of us are still waiting because we ordered what we wanted instead of converting my order to a vehicle that was less than what I want. But hey thanks for responding with such a helpful response,
Quite frankly I don't care, nor should it matter what a dealerships allocation is. Ford should have been building these rigs based on reservation order. You know like 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. You know like the real world works...
