Same here...I initiated Plan B as well and ordered a Gladiator. Had a moment of reflection last week and decided coming from a Truck I really appreciate having a bed. I also received an email that my build was being pushed back and with all of the teething problems...
I decided that now is...
Don't forget the ADM, so probably more like $160k. Have you heard what dealership s are doing to the Lightning Reservations? Supposedly they are using the allocation model to Justify ADMs. Emailing reservation holders and saying we have 20 allocations and 200 reservations. We will prioritize...
I keep going back and forth coming from a Ram 1500. I debate if I'm going to miss the pickup convenience. (Saw the Bronco and really loved the look of it.) I also keep thinking just have stuff delivered or rent the Home Depot truck, but keep waffling on getting a mid-sized 4x4 pickup instead...

All trims should have it the upright 19 degree position is to give you room to store the doors in the back. The 23 degree position is the normal position for passengers with doors on. From what I've read the factory ships them in the upright position.
I think the rear seats have a recline a little...if you pull the handle on top and lean back it goes from a 19 degree to a 23 degree lean angle. Not much but may help.
