26k and the passenger rear bilstein shock reservoir detached. It was going in for the soft top TSB. Also have noise out of my right front suspension area. Making noise when I turn the wheel.
Hey Jeremy,
You should add a line for people like me that have had their transmission replaced and now the noise is back. I had mine replaces at 2k miles and now at 26k miles its back.
Had my Rear soft top window replaced under warranty which was great. But now it seems my original side windows don't stay attached to the rear window. After driving around they come out of the channel that they snap into which attaches to the rear window. Anyone else having this issue?
Hey Ducati1098,
Glad to hear abut the window rattle solution hopefully from Ford. Mine is a 2021 and have done the window fix myself and through the dealer. Nothing has worked so Im glad its in the works! Where did you hear that it would be a Q4 solution from Ford?
I have to agree with RagnarKon. I have a '21 non SAS Badlands and had the 33" BF Goodrich KO2's. I switched out to 35" Nitto Recon Grapplers. w/ Rousch wheels. While I like the Nittos the KO2's were quieter in my opinion and probably the best all around tire for the Bronco.
I had the tune installed at my dealer as well in NJ. Same thing..2 hours of labor. I wish I knew about the login information prior, so thats a great point. If you bring it to the dealer they will use one of their email addresses. I tried to call Ford Performance and they cant help with an email...
I know this topic has been beat to death on this and many other forums. My 2021 Bronco Badlands has had the window rattle issue since day 1. Its been to the dealer 3 times to have the TSB done and Ive done it myself a number of times. Same issue. I know by reading the forums I am not alone...
Yes I do! And no issues. Ive attached the service record from when I had my Bronco in the shop last year.
In the notes it says "noise goes away with pressure on 6th gear." Also says "clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, all ok."...
So they had my truck last year
I started this thread back in Jan 2022. If you go back to the first page I do chronicle what happened to me and posted some service forms detailing what my dealer diagnosed and did. Long story short they replaced my entire transmission. Truck was in the shop 6...
So they had my truck last year
So I started this thread back in early Feb 2022. My truck went in and was there for 6 weeks. They ended up replacing my transmission in early March and got my Bronco back March 14 2022. Since then it runs perfect, no issues or noise. Not sure why they are having...
Thats great to hear! Not that you have an issue of course but that Steve was able to diagnose it as well. For me its great to hear that I have Steve about a mile away should I have anymore issues. Glad it worked out and shows the benefit of people posting on this forum.
Same reply I got the first time I dropped mine off at the dealer...could not replicate the issue. Brought it back again a month later and pressed them a little bit and thats when they got Ford involved and had the transmission replaced. BTW I had a 2003 350z as well.
Hey Kurt, glad that worked out for you! So where are they going to do the work? At your dealer or at Fette down here. I will say at least Steve at Fette knows his stuff and glad they are doing the right thing. Makes me feel better bringing the car in for service! Ive got at 2k with the new...
Yeah I was told that if the vehicle has under a certain amount of mileage that the fix was a new transmission. They wont replace just a single part. Thats what happened to me and how it was explained when mine was replaced.
You can start a Lemon Law suit. Im in NJ and used it once on a 2004 Nissan Armada. Also for what its worth, they told me my transmission wouldn't be in till 4/2 and it was there more than 2 weeks earlier. My Bronco went in the shop on 2/3. It was diagnosed and transmission ordered on 3/4. It was...
