PM Sent has I have this issue, This is a real safety Issue Ford! First time I used my wipers was during a torrential down pour. At low and high settings wipers slow down then go to intermittent. My issue is constant and happens every time I use the wipers.

Bought the wrong ones for the badlands steel rear bumper. Brand new just took them out of the packaging to realize they don‘t fit. $30 shipped to you. .
