  1. Recovery gear for sand/beach driving

So, been going down there for my whole life, and seen it all. 1st- get the permit for NPS. 2nd - 15 to 18 PSI on your tires. My Bronco does fine at 20 PSI, my 2500 Surburan needs about 18. Get a shovel. Turn your traction control off. Never speed or draw attention to yourself, the Rangers are...

  11. Nobody cares about 5G stuff...

Ah, the olā€™ gen 1 frame off resto. Last I checked with Dennis Carpenter, those complete body kits have a 3 year wait. Iā€™m deep in a 77 resto now. Whatever your budget is, double it. Same with your timeline. Get a separate bank account to hide everything from your squaw. Mines going to paint soonā€¦
  12. OEM Hardtop: Do you regret painting it?

My neighbor had her hardtop sanded and painted to match the Oxford white color - it looks excellent after 2 years. Wish I had a pic to share. Sheā€™s had no issues.
  13. Driving on the beach in OBX. Any tips. Do you need a permit in Corolla?

We go to Carova regularly, stay a neighbors house a few times every summer. Iā€™d go ahead and get the Currituck County pass now, lots of drama with those right now. Definitely air down but 4L is not necessary. We have an 11 mile run up the beach and weā€™ll do it in 2wd all the time if the tides...
