Our Bronco has a super annoying rattle/paper-flapping sound under the dash at speed. I have zip-tied everything off that seems loose including the hvac vent, cut off all the paper tags on all of the lines under the hood, and cannot figure it out. Is anyone else experiencing this?
No, it's an exotic game ranch most of the time, and they only allow use of the track when I set up events.
The video shows a lot of high speed, but there is a ton of terrain that the Bronco will accel at.
I host an annual event called the Texas Raptor Run (TRR), this year it's taking place June 9-12 at the Texana Ranch in Blackwell, TX. This is a 5000-acre private ranch with a 40-mile off-road track. We have been doing this event for 10 years, and you wont find a better venue to off-road in...
Plot twist!
I didn’t love the foxes and run Kings on several of my other trucks. Also my wife didn’t like the bronze so we did black 702 methods.

Their quality has gone up immensely, I know the owners well and have raced with them quite a bit. Their entire program has gone to another level and I have full faith in their products.
It's definitely smoother, haven't done a ton of offroading in the Bronco yet, but I did take it to a place called Rally Ready to drive around a bit and it was fun.
Here is my Raptor that we built.
Fabricated front end with secondary bypass shocks, cantilever rear shocks and spring under, fiberglass fenders, 37s, custom bed rack, custom everything...
Hey Everyone,
It's been a while since I've posted on a forum, I'm super active in the Raptor community and produce events for Raptors (and other vehicles) called the Texas Raptor Run and the Baja Raptor Run. I also on an off-road shop in New Braunfels, TX called Comal Truck Gear (silly name...
I believe you're correct, I spend a lot of time working on Raptors and I assumed the Bronco used the same system, but after looking at some pictures it doesn't look like it's there. Finally!
@evilletruck This is your hub actuator(s) (IWE) that has failed. It’s a common problem on raptors and it’s fairly cheap to replace them. They are vacuum actuated with plastic teeth. Any hard shock loading and they will fail. Kinda like an unintentional fuse as it prevents worse damage but it’s...
