Going on 3 days at the dealership with no update or ETA. It was confirmed to be the API module, but it would be nice to know how long I'll have to wait without the Bronco.

Another mini update - brought the Bronco in, they had it for an hour and determined it won't be simple. It does sound like a module thing but they needed to tear apart the whole dash so I'm back at home right now without the Bronco and I'm not sure how long it will be there at the dealer.

I'm bringing in the Bronco tomorrow to a dealer as Ford was able to get me a priority visit. The infotainment is still hit and miss even with I mess with the various plugs. Hopefully tomorrow brings a final resolution.

Big shout out to @flip for giving me some specific info. I wouldn't say my truck is "fixed" just yet, but I do believe it's at a minimum a connector issue. I have no idea which connector here in the pics below was the right one, but I unplugged them all and checked for damage and then reseated...

I'm not sure how to check that exactly, but I did read in another thread to upload the VIN to Fords site and see if it was out of date. When I did that on my desktop it said everything was up to date, but I spose that doesn't mean it didn't get stuck in an update because of a bad connection.

I'll keep everyone posted. I checked the fuses quick, the battery reset didn't work either. I tried letting the vehicle idle for 35 min just to see if it would reboot, but nothing. Bummer! On the bright side.. the Tesla gets to see some additional drive time now that the Bronco is boring. Kind...
