So when we did the reservation $100 deposit way back in 2020, we didn't see an option to select your location or dealer (probably user error LOL). So the Ford reservation system selected a dealer for us. I think we just messed it up ourselves and when we called to try to change it, the dealer...
Right off the Convoy truck! Now the dealer is cleaning it, preparing paperwork, and re-routing the car from KY to VA! Home stretch baby! Hoping to see the vehicle by next week. If the dealer can't get it on a truck to me by next week, I'm flying down to KY to drive it back LOL.
so after you select "inspect", you need to hold the CTRL + F5 buttons. That will populate the code page with a search area. Then in that search box that appears, you type in VIN. Here is a screen shot of the search area that will appear after you hold CTRL+F
Try the tracker in a different web browser. I've had issues with it as well...then switched browsers and it worked fine. I think we've maxed out our search capability LOL.
My build date was 2/24. Tracker still shows "built". Tracked the convoy using the backdoor palsapp.com and still show pending, however, the destination has updated and shows where the car is headed! So, that means there's some type of movement on the convoy end. I'm thinking it'll arrive this...
Hey All, thought I'd pass this along cause it actually works!! This is a backdoor into the convoy tracking:
1) go to palsapp.com using Chrome.
2) right click anywhere and select inspect.
3) hit ctrl+F and search for "VIN". Just above that you'll see a line of code that says something like...

The lady on the phone said that the dealer had the most up to date info and tracking. But unfortunately, my dealer has been of ZERO help when it comes to any status update. They just tell me...what you see if what we see. LAZY!
