  1. BL vs WT SAS Springs - 2022/older

Question: For 2022 and older models, are WT and BL SAS springs different from each other? This would be before the arrival of HOSS 3.0 for 2023 WT models.
  2. Thank you whoever in Moab for the anonymous gift on my door handle

I'm in Moab for a few days, and doing Off Roadeo tomorrow. While visiting Canyonlands NP, and upon coming out of the Visitor Center at Island In the Sky, I found an anonymous gift on my door handle. This is what owning a Bronco is all about? Whoever left us the Matchbox Bronco, a heart-felt...
  3. "Check 4x4" Alert w/ All 4x4 Modes Disabled - HELP!

This evening, and on the eve of my trip to Moab (tomorrow) from the Bay Area, CA, my Bronco threw a "Check 4x4" warning on the dash - all 4x4 modes have been disabled, and the G.O.A.T. knob flashes all four yellow indicator lights. I called the local dealer, and the manager suggested...
  4. Moab Wheeling Buddy? Moab "Link-Up" Spreadsheet

I'll be in Moab from 4/4~4/7, with the last day participating in Off-Roadeo. For 4/5 and 4/6, I'm planning on running Top of the World and Poison Spider - will anyone be there and interested in wheeling with me? I have a Badsquatch with a mild lift. Additionally, on a whim I created the...

  6. 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake vs. Mud Tires in Snow ?

What are folks' opinions on the effectiveness in DEEP SNOW between 3-peak mountain snowflake-rated A/Ts, vs. traditional Mud Terrains? I don't know if extreme "siping" or "snow-flinging" would trump the day here, as I don't have enough experience in the snow.
  7. RCI Skid Plates - Impressions/Reviews?

Has anyone installed RCI skid plates? If so, what are your impressions? Thanks in advance. I'm considering upgrading to either RCI or JCR, engine and tranny skids to start. The OEM bash plate isn't doing it for me and the wheeling that I do/would like to be doing.

I have a set of SAS shocks, 4,000 miles old, for $500. Will meet you halfway in the Bay Area for delivery. to deliver.
  9. Suspension Lift Recommendations for SAS

I have a Badsquatch, and am looking for a suspension lift system that will give me an additional 2"~3" lift - any recommendations? So far I'm most impressed with ICON systems, but there are others out there. Has anyone installed any of these suspension lift systems, and what are your thoughts...
  10. California Tube Doors (4D, Never Used) For Sale

I purchased an abandoned-order 4D Bronco, which came with a set of tube doors. I took one out of its carton for a looksee, while the others remain in their boxes; none have ever been installed/used. Asking $2,100 (retail $2,250 https://accessories.ford.com/products/5-door-bronco-tube-door-kit)...
  11. "The Bus" Build

Orange, hence "the bus". This isn't exactly a "jaw-dropping"-caliber build thread, but more of a documentation of accessories that I add on to my 4D Badsquatch, requiring merely a basic level of mechanical aptitude and some everyday tools. So far I've added some Rigid 4" ditch lights, a Ford...
  12. Ready For Some Fun

Just picked up my Badlands today. When and where's the next group playdate in NorCal? I'm in Santa Cruz.
  13. On-The-Fly Diff. Locker-Activation?

I guess that it's still too early in the process for Ford to get into the real nitty-gritty of things, but has anyone noticed if the Bronco's front/rear diff. locks can be activated on-the-fly? I currently own a 2019 Ranger with a rear diff. locker, and have to stop/shift to neutral before the...
