    I am supposed to deliver 1/20 to OKC too. No rail car number but I was sitting in Illinois on 1/9

    Someone order me the buffet!! I just found out my shipped email of 12/31 wasn’t the real date. Ford CS said it was really 1/9 and no rail number assigned as of today. Check back tomorrow 🥂 update: the Bronco did ship and has been sitting in Illinois since 1/9. I guess that is better than not...

    I called Customer Service and they said it didn’t show “ in transit” until 1/9 and no rail number has been assigned. I received a ship email 12/31. Idk who to believe 😢

    Just called Ford customer service. My Bronco was supposed to have shipped 12/31 via Ford email. Customer service says it shows 1/9 in transit not 12/31 and no rail car number has been assigned. Who knows where it even is at this point. I obviously will not be taking delivery this coming week. 😢...

    Where is the rail number located? I am going to my dealer tomorrow and I want it. He said, he doesn’t know where it is located. I am gonna help a brother out 😂
