Did you ever get a diagnosis on this? I'm getting hot air through mine at 5000 miles then it will go cold for a period of time but sometimes it takes awhile to get it to go back to cold.

Did you guys take delivery yet? I'm in the "awaiting shipment" group.

Any DS Glades that have been delivered? I think I saw one that was out there. Mine says built, no ship date, but Chat says ETA is 10/20.
