Thanks for the response - I replied to your email as well. As the pic shows, it appears that the holes are misaligned on the shade when it is installed correctly. If you align the holes, the shade is wavy, not taut, and not installed correctly. Please let us know what we can do to rectify...

This top looks nice and taut with no wrinkles. Ours is a bit wavy at the front but more taut in the back. Did we do something wrong with the install re: the front of the shade? Thanks!

See if your dealer can apply the $2,500 as a rebate on the purchase agreement when you are there to buy the vehicle and have them submit a request to Ford for a check to be sent to you for the price protection.

They could see it in the system. They did not apply it to my order - just the 2500 incentive was applied to the purchase
