Very cool idea. I like the use of the factory roof rack. Wondering if i could mount my Hi-Lift jack to the side rail mounts, for easy access. I'm sure the cross rail mounts would work as well.
I did 2.5" lift in the front, 2.0 rear , and 1" Body lift no issues. I have max tire clearance kit and 1" wheel spacers on my Sasquatch as well. Why the need for bigger Body lift? The bumper relocation would drive me crazy. Thanks to Bradley Thornton also! These tires are 38.5/13.50 17 and...

Matt's Off-road recovery is a good one also. All he uses is Badlands winches. Everything is made overseas now, with Warn all your paying for is the name now. Lol. I have rebuild many Warn winches 8274, XD9000i, & M12,000 waay overpriced now. I love my Badlands winch!
Check out Ai13 Billet Products fuel nozzle and spout adapter for the Rotopax. The spout adapter helps with capless fuel tanks like the Bronco. I plan on purchasing one when the time comes. https://ai13.us/collections/best-sellers/products/all-metal-pax-nozzle
Great job! I do like the incorporation of the receiver hitch into the bumper and the beefy bracketry. Any other options for lighting other than the BD?
There is a procedure for winch configuration per Ford/Forscan. I believe it covers air bag and parking sensors. Check out this YT vid at the end 39:12 minute mark.
