Yeah, I’m still trying to figure out how to get the headliner… The email from Ford was pretty clear, but my dealership couldn’t figure out how to get it — I couldn’t get it with my order, and now they’re not sure how to get it for free based on Ford’s promise. They’re still looking into it. 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, the tracking is just abysmal! I forgot about the decals... @Cat maybe that should be added to the Delivery Checklist? Honestly, I didn't get around to giving them the list in advance, so I lucked out they didn't drill for the front plate. The plastic on the seats I wasn't too worried...

I also have this problem. My salesperson actually called Ford while I was there, and after holding and having the customer service person check for 20-30 minutes, they just told him to, "contact your Ford rep." He rightfully responded, "Yep, thanks, I knew that response was coming 15 minutes...

Yup, I agree with the other post that said it comes with the Mid package. My understanding is NONE of the 2-doors get power seats, and then any models with washout floors don't get power seats in front, either. But, either leather or marine-grade vinyl can be equipped with heated seats...
