Sorry for the delay. Your price is great but I need to pass. I was going to get an extra set and have them pained but I hear the paint won't stick, plus the wife likes the standard ones. Thanks!
I have a soft top and love it. Get a Dirtydog headliner and you will notice the noise reduction. You still will get a lot of noise from back plastic windows.
I went the Dirtydog cover with my soft top and it does help. As most mentioned, the majority of noise comes from the rear windows. I looked at getting additional clear vinyl to add while it is cheap shipping is expensive plus you need to develop an attachment to the rear roll bar. might be worth...
It is about quarter an inch thick not as thick as the mattress pad. it has magnets on the side to stick to the frame. It will almost sit on top of the Frame so you lose a few inches since soft top doesn't seat on the frame. It is not hot here yet but I assume it will do well during hot months.
I tried to make an order and this is not like last time when we ordered and put a deposit. It sends us to connect with the dealership. I might have forgotten but I put a deposit and got wait listed. Is there a different site for new orders?
I put a 2 inch foam on top of my Bimini and it has helped a lot in reducing noise and maintaining heat. Don't see it sag as much. You will hear similar feedback from others.
The only draw back is when you want to put the top down. The foam will take a lot of room,
I see many positive posting...
Did you put the 1 inch foam just around the edges of the roofline and that improved the noise?
My 2 inch mattress pad has made a big difference but not most optimum, in case I want to open the top after leaving the house. Still looking for a better way...
