Kevlar is super overkill for hails. Just a water repellant tarp over some sort of padding will suffice.

Piece of pink insulation foam under the cover would do nicely. Maybe a layer of cardboard glued to the top.

Any chance for a side profile with those wheels? I was planning on a set for my 1970 firebird, but think they’d look amazing on my Bromco (if/when) I eventually get it.

If it has its own dedicated tone box, you could put a piece of tape over the speaker. If I had to guess, you might be able to change it with forescan. I seem to remember there’s a way to also turn off the door chime with it as well. Would be one of the first things I do.
