It's not matte it's such a smooth black that when you look at it, it's like a mirror.

Shadow black was used on the 2017 F-150 the same color of my truck, it's a pure black that looks like a mirror finish, I think it's the best black Ford has done, although I do like a matte black.

Online from outside to outside someone said the ladder was 46" so if that's accurate and I was measuring by the inside of the ladder it would be around 120" for the four door, so I would say it's going to be close to the same wheel base as the Wrangler four door, but again that's eyeballing it...

If someone could measure the base of the ladder, you could estimate the wheelbase because it's about 3 ladder bases from center of wheel to center of wheel. Assuming it's 38" then you would have a wheel base of 114". That's pretty close I would say.
