Police are probably not going to do anything, as that vehicle is not yours. The dealership owns that vehicle and an order is not a contract. Not what you want to hear, but I would research a good dealer in your area.

I did the same, but got a BD under MSRP with a Z plan. Yes, there is a risk, but the market probably isn't going to change too quickly. I figured in a year I can at least get what I paid for it (under MSRP). If I lose a thousand, then I just need to live with my bad decision:)

Finance and pay it off the next day... But they are saying it, as they make good money on the finance with the banks.

Let's just say this wasn't actually 55K... After multiple emails they finally said it was 75K.

Pretty sure they reached out to me today to sell it to me for 15K over MSRP. They are very shady, as first person told me the price was MSRP and then later tell me it's 15K over.

Guessing there was a markup on these?
