Yes, when I took mine in the APIM was as up to date as it could be. It was the gateway module that needed an update. My previous post is the notes that my dealership gave me for what was done. I also provided my service manager a link to this thread so he could see that it is happening to others.

performed system test. found APIM to have been updated over the air yesterday April 8th and a TCU update completed April 4th. concerns likely resolved by software updates: performed hard reset on vehicle to eliminate any possible software glitches after over the air updates. all ok at this time...

I love that hood. Only thing that concerns me is how dirty the engine bay will get. Have you noticed if it's any dirtier? Also, are those aftermarket headlights?

Just checked my paperwork. I had an APIM update a few weeks ago and last week I received an over air updates on the 4th and the 8th. When I took it in last week they updated the gateway module.

Just make sure they check for any other system updates while they have it. I had an update and thought it was fine a couple of months back, but until I took it in last week that first update didn't fix it. I'll check my paperwork and see if it says what modules got an update.

I think we have a winner. I dropped my Bronco off at my service department and talked with the service manager. I gave him a list of everything that was wrong and he said I did have an update on the system and the gateway module. I just tested it on a phone call today and it seems to be fixed...

Mine’s in the shop too for issues with CarPlay and reverse camera. I got this email because they apparently did a factory reset.

It looks like you have the Morimoto RGB headlights is that right? I have to ask since I’ve been having some trouble with mine. Did you have your parking lights on to get that photo? I can only get my halos to light up if I have it running and in gear or if the switch is placed to parking lights.

Sounds pretty much like what I deal with now. Just about everyday I have it disconnect when I’m on a phone call. The weird part is the call doesn’t drop I just can’t hear who I’m talking to but they can hear me just fine.
