Yeah pretty much you get to keep it but they refund some cash to you. The amount depends on how long it’s been in the shop allegedly

They said the noise still persisted after swapping the parts although it took 9k miles for mine to make noise so for them to say it only took a couple miles on a test drive for it to make it seems questionable. I’m guessing parts are crap and they did something wrong or knew it would be messed...

Thankful I found this thread with all this good info. Bronco has been at the dealer since 02/08/23 to get this fixed. They just received the parts a week ago but now have to wait for Ford to send them special tools which could take another month or more, as if they didn't have tons of time to...
