Hi, just noticed that since a few months ago I was not getting any post feedback or anything. A friend of mine then logged in and searched for my threads and posts and they show up on the search results but when he clicked he told me it took him to the thread but my post was not there and the...
Just saw someone on FB find a flashlight, yes a metal flashlight left in the front fender during production. Guy was installing some accessories upfront that required disassembly of the front grilled and headlights and low and behold the flashlight was there in between the front metal fender...
Did the airbags pop?
If not it looks fixable but that can change after a deeper inspection.
Sorry this happened it must suck after getting such a nice Bronco which we all know its an ordeal but glad everyone is ok.

That is just insane they denied so many warranty claims for an obviously badly manufactured product or at least of inconsistent quality. Its not like the customer scratched it, dropped or was involved in an accident. These are all defects in manufacturing and or design. Wow.
It does not really...
Its a complete crapshoot. I generally see those temps a few times every winter in the Mountains and nothing has ever happened to any of my vehicles. Well, hood and rear tailgate struts dont work at about -20ºF I know that much but return to normal once it warms up to about 0ºF or so.
Setting aside the Build Quality / Quality Control issues with the Bronco the Bronco is a much better vehicle for most people no doubt. Ford would have sold at LEAST 50,000 more Broncos if they had manufactured them! Heck, 100k more had they made them.
Seems silly but Ford Dealers have been known to deny warranty claims for using 35" or larger tires on non-Sas Broncos. Yes, even if its not drivetrain related. Aftermarket lifts are frowned upon at most Ford Dealers.
