I am pretty sure it was a defect from the factory. I have spoken to several others that have been to KOH and said the Bronco is tough. we will see. I am hoping to get it back in a day or to and hit BAHA CA.
Nothing, The first time I used 4X4 was an access road to a beach. Slight sand and it happened. I ended up being able to get through in 2H but really wasnt trying to give it heck as its still new.

I have been in touch with them, I am from Florida but working in California for a few months. brought it with me to take on the sand dunes here. I will have to take it in when I get back home i guess
Has anyone had issues with the 4x4 disengaging when nedded? every time I put it in 4x4 (any mode and Manual) as soon as the tires spin it disconnects the 4x4 and gives the warning to check locking diff and 4x4 temporally disabled.
