Hmm yeah it should have been assigned a rail car number as soon as it was shipped. I would keep trying Ford chat. I needed to ask a few times before they gave it to me. Once you have that you should be able to get an update from the CSX tracking line...

Ahh yeah just slightly ahead of you. Mine moved quick from Montana to Spokane, only about a day in travel time, then took what seemed like ages to make its way through Washington. You're close!

My rail car status updated to "placed at customer location" an hour ago. Shipped 5/10 took about 16 days to travel from Michigan to Kent, WA. Now flying blind waiting for the convoy delivery 2 hours away from the rail yard. Man it would be sweet if it is delivered before the weekend but I won't...

Keep trying Ford chat for your railcar number. I had to ask three separate times before they finally gave it to me. Now I call the CSX tracking line twice a day to monitor the car's progress 😁

Congrats! Looks like my blend was slightly before yours, but no built email for me yet, tracker still shows in production, and the latest update from ford chat was "awaiting shipment by 6/11" 🤷‍♂️ Would have loved to catch that train to WA but glad yours will be on its way soon.

Can the full rack be installed without the factory black plastic clips and accessory ready caps? For example, can you only install the mounting brackets and leave them off? Would prefer to keep the clips/caps unmodified for switching between the full and half rack.

@JcrOffroad any chance you could make extended mounting brackets so that the winch plate clears the ACC on the lux package?

Yep, the sales and order codes will be on the order summary sheet from your dealer. I'm not sure if there is a way to get them from Ford's site.

No update from my dealer or the backdoor link, so I contacted Ford chat and was given a build week of 4/25 and a VIN! 7/14 res - Badlands/2.7/SAS/Lux/MIC Dropped tow a few weeks ago but it still shows tow included on the backdoor link page, so who knows how stale that page is. Happy to finally...
