    MY ETA of 7/6 to 7/12 came and went. I eventually went to "in transit status" on Sunday night. I called customer service and they were actually well informed. Its sitting in a rail car in Sterling Heights MI. so progress continues.... good luck all and congrats to those of you in possession.

    I'm in same spot as you. Dealer and chat say its "complete'. But the trackers say "In production". I'm hoping its going to magically appear like it has for others. Marketing dept says 7/6 - 7/11 delivery.

    We are in the exact same place..... I have never gotten any updates on the backdoor tracker, I believe this is because my dealer input the order as dealer special order, so I don't get updates.     "In production" since 6/7... 6/4 blend... modules popped, tear tag is populated..... radio silence from Ford Chat... just telling me to speak to dealer.... starting to get a bad feeling..... ugh
