  1. UPDATED AGAIN: Blackstone Laboratories Oil Report - 2.3L Engine @ 2500, 5000, 10,000 and 15,000 miles (now using Motul 5w30)

Figured I'd share my reports here instead of starting a new thread. 2.3, manual. First change after 3,887 miles, then after 9,093, and then again after another 11,056. Third change was roughly 1,000 miles "overdue" according to the computer, I was on my way home from a long road trip. Using...
  2. Tailgate Reinforcment System by Hammer Built -- installed photos & review

Probably would work really well - but locally in my area linex or rhinoliner businesses are charging *outrageous* amounts and are backed up for months and months. I got quotes over the summer to do my rock rails in the $1500 range. And that was me dropping them off, no removal or installation...
  3. Tailgate Reinforcment System by Hammer Built -- installed photos & review

I like mine quite a bit - except for the longevity of powdercoat. All the edges have powdercoat peeled off and surface rust started after about 6 months. Same with all the bolt holes, rust creeping around the hardware. I took it off, sanded, and did some touchup paint but it's been another 6...
  4. Bronco Trail App Finally Released! 📲

When the app logs you out, you don't have access to any of those downloaded trails or info. Cell signal is required to log in. When I get out of the car to take a picture, stretch my legs, scout out a tricky section, etc. it's logged me out almost every single time. Or if the app crashes...
  5. Bronco Trail App Finally Released! 📲

My experiences = extremely frustrating. It's been great to find trails - although the difficulty ratings are pretty liberal and very broad. I've done a couple "easy" trails that were WAY tougher than I thought they'd be - and a couple others that were just rough dirt roads (I literally got to...
  6. Sleeping Inside 2dr - Anyone with experience?

My input after sleeping in mine for 2 weeks - remove the rear seats, remove the passenger seat, and then use the two rear seat bottoms to "pad" up where the passenger seat was. That'll give you an almost totally flat surface that's about 6' long. A camping pad and a yoga mat, and it was fairly...
  7. Passenger seat removed - delete SRS light?

Quick tip - stack the two rear seat bottoms and it's level with the rest of the back area. :)
  8. Passenger seat removed - delete SRS light?

That works for the rear seats, this is the front passenger seat. Forscan lists like 4 DTCs - from memory it's the occupancy sensor, airbag, seat buckle, and track position. So it'll take some work to figure out what it needs to see, was hoping to at least find a pinout of the harnesses.
  9. Passenger seat removed - delete SRS light?

Been browsing/searching for a while, can't really find anyone who's done this exactly. Going on a road trip with my 2-door and need more length to sleep in the vehicle. So I've removed the front passenger seat, but now of course have an airbag / SRS light on the dash. Anyone know the pinout...
  10. 🛠 12/6/21 Build Week Group

Mine - unloaded at the rail yard this morning! Sometimes vehicles show up at my dealer from there within a day or two... sometimes like 2 weeks. Anyone else feel weirdly special to be getting one of the last delivered 2021s?
