It's plug and play on my Big Bend, but make sure you buy headlights with the control module intact. That's the silver brick at the bottom of the housing. It won't work without that and buying a new one won't work unless you know how to flash and program it.
During the day, DRL is full brightness. Turn signal turns off circle and uses cross bar for signal...I have seen some that leave the circle on, but I don't want to mess with FORSCAN to change that.
I just got locked out of my car today because the fob stopped working. Thankfully, the Ford app unlocked it. That's the second time this has happened. I can add this bug to the list. I also have an issue with my headlights sometimes refusing to turn off after I lock up the car.
I've had my Bronco for 6 months and just got my second cracked windshield today. If ANYTHING hits that glass, it cracks. The thing that always bothers me is that I have to be in the exact right place at the right time to take that rock...and it seems like I'm pretty unlucky with that.
I had the same issue. I'm going to get the part myself and see if I can do the work. Or is this a tricky install since it's so close to the windshield?
Didn't hear anything. I have two orders in the system (Cyber Orange BB), but I'm in love with my silver Big Bend so it might be tough to get rid of it if my ordered Bronco ever actually happens.
I think it fits well after all the BS I went through...although I believe the gap around the sides (where the parking light is) might be just slightly more open than the stock grille fit. It's not enough of a gap difference to be that noticeable...but it is there. As far as material quality...
I installed the grille last week. It was royal pain in my ass because it's not built exactly the way it should be. When you take the piece out of the stock grille that helps bolt the grille into the frame, it doesn't fit perfectly on the aftermarket grille. It sits up a little too much and the...
I got tired of trying to figure out the fuse box to get the Raptor grille lights working. I did have some success hooking the fuse tap into the headlight port of the fuse box, but the lights stayed on all the time, even with the car off.
I ended up tapping into the parking light wire. Ended up...
It worked to tap into headlight on fuebox, but it worked too well. The raptor lights went on and stayed on even with the vehicle power turned off.
I ended up taking out my headlight and using a vampire tap into the parking light wire.
I'm hooking up the Raptor lights on my grille and wanted to make sure I piggyback it correctly into the fusebox. Looking down at the engine compartment fusebox standing on the driver's side of the car, would the add a fuse "out" wire be pointing towards me, or toward the other side of the car? I...
