So we all know the 21st of this month was start of conversion orders. I have yet to receive an email from ford. I went to my dealer yesterday my sales rep was not there. Another sales rep came to me and told me by the 28th I'd be able to convert. Explained to him the 21st started the process...

i see so many definitions of status of level to build on these threads the one i can find is "clean" status, and ford is no help. can somebody give me a clear and true meaning to the "clean" status on a order.
