I need to remove one of the cargo area side panels. Does anyone have any tips on the easiest way to do it. I have pry tools, and I tried to get it off with no luck. I really didn't put a lot of force on it as I am trying not to do any damage. Any help would be appreciated.

First one I have seen in the wild. Not a great picture but I was driving. I was very impressed, it looked awesome! It had manufacturer plates so I am guessing it was a mannequin. This was on the Bay Bridge in SF this morning.
