My pizza tracker is showing Shipped now. But no date below the word Shipped next to the status bar. Back door and ordertrack app show no change - still built awaiting shipment. Anyone else seeing this?

Same boat as you - no movement at all for 5 weeks. Again, seems like rail people are having movement consistently more than us in convoy.

I’m also on my 7th ETA change since my 3/9 build date. Seems like us Convoy people have no end in sight :(

i was just pushed to the same window. No clue how they can say today when it hasn’t even shipped yet. I assume this will just keep pushing out further and further

I was also delayed. 4th time my ETA has changed. I am 4/5-4/11 now too according to backdoor. My built email said 3/29-4/4, haven’t received another email from Ford since. When I spoke with Ford last week they said my vehicle is scheduled to be picked up on 4/4. I will believe it when I see it

I talked to Ford today. My build date was 3/13 according to pizza tracker (didn't get Built email until 3/25) and my ETA from the backdoor has now changed 3 times. Currently ETA is 3/29 - 4/4 which is obviously impossible since I am convoy and ordertrack shows ASN still and has for weeks...

@SwampCactus Out of curiosity - what did your trackers read before you got it? Are you one of those that didn’t even show it shipped yet and bam it’s at your dealer magically? Were you rail or convoy? It seems like convoy is definitely struggling more than rail

Your guess is as good as mine. I only know what the guy that made the app told me. But picked sounds like it is making progress and not just sitting there waiting to be shipped.

I wouldn’t worry too much if order track app isn’t working like it was. It sounds to me like the guy who made it is making adjustments to it regularly and occasionally hits bugs. Mine said Status Unknown over the weekend and my heart sank, but it’s now back to Awaiting Shipment

Mine was in Awaiting Shipment for the last two weeks or so (I know my vehicle has been built) but now it says Status Unknown? @AndIAreSo any ideas why this may have happened? Anyone else experiencing this?

yeah my dealer said that the markup in their True Car system is $10k and that is likely where Ford pulled that from. Like everyone else said, call your dealer and get it sorted out. And if you can, get a price agreement from them so when you show up on delivery day there are no surprises

Yeah that was on mine too. 10k. Based on other posts I understand it is the ADM. My dealer and I arranged a price agreement when I saw other people were getting marked up. I called them when I saw this and they assured me no dealer markup would be applied as we discussed. Mine looks strange...
