Update: I added polyfill to the inside of the box. Seems to make a big difference.

I’m using the same sub as the original post (shallow 8” kicker 4 ohm dual voice) and a kicker 400.1. It sounds like the noise is coming from near the port. I’m only able to turn the gain on the amp to about 20-30%.

I have the same installed in my 4-door Big Bend non B&O. You’ll need an amp and wiring.

It does. I installed in mine. I am getting some extra noise with the sub though. I’m thinking it’s from the smaller “port”. Anybody else have extra distortion?
