So glad there's finally movement after sitting in Blue Island for over a week. Chat couldn't tell me who the rail carrier is though.

The tear tag is the last module to pop. It's how Ford can track the emission stuff. Essentially, if it's popped, all of your computers are on and alive. Is what I've gathered.
