Has anyone purchased one of the rear bumpers from ebay? I was wondering what they thought of it since it's selling for under $300. I was considering it since it would replace the oem plastic bumper.
I've used 87 since my bronco left the lot 5 months ago. If your worried about a few miles per gallon difference than buying a bronco wasn't the right choice.
Great job. I did something similar with mine except I used a std. Usb Led light strip hardwired into the 12v outlet with a 12v-5v converter and a switch.
@Jack D I removed both emblems carefully using an old plastic card and a plastic scraper. The bronco is only held on with black adhesive, but the ford emblem has the adhesive and 2 plastic clips, which u will need to be careful not to break when removing. I used 5 light coats of plastidip and...
@Tdub0527 I used a standard led light strip and hardwired it into the 12v outlet for power and added a switch. If the switch is left on it will automatically shut off I'm 1 hr. Then u will need to hit the ignition button again.
I agree F2F. A few of the things I've done so far.
-cargo led lighting hardwired with a switch
- tires and rims
- running boards
- custom door sill protectors
- custom floor liners
- new speakers
- pillar lights
- blacked out ford and bronco emblems
Thanks Todd. I've added pod lights to mine as well, along with husky floor liners, 4 new speakers, made a custom cargo mat, made custom door sill protectors and waiting on my gorhino extreme D1 SIDE steps. Probably going to order a 2 inch lift this week.
Yes it's not to bad when it's 50+ deg. I got lucky and stopped there the same day one was dropped off and not spoken for. Traded my 19 f-150 lariat in. What time frame were you given?
Hello fellow Bronco owners. I just joined the group and live in Westmoreland County. I purchased a big bend last month and look to begin adding upgrades. Looking forward to seeing and hearing about all the new local bronco builds and discussions.
