Have made that trip many time in the past, beautiful scenery. Getting ready drive from Delaware to Arizona the wnd of November. Will be taking the southern route. I will be driving my new Outer Banks, 2.3 auto wit MIC & Lux.
Do not worry once you take delivery you forget about all waiting and tracking. I waited 1 1/2 years for mine and the day I took delivery all was forgotten and well worth the wait.
Have driven mine about 60 miles and sitting on 17.2 MPG. It just takes time. Plus I do not know if they put 87 or 91 octane in the tank. That can make a difference also.
Just brought my OBX home today. Real big shout out to my dealer; got a good trade-in and price protection. Got home for less then I was projecting, I am very happy.
My OBX arrived at the dealership 3:00 PM today (9/13/22) salesman took a picture if it on the truck. Will be picking it up Thursday or Friday, after they do their dealership thing. I am going to put the Delivery Date, on the spreadsheet as today, since it is at the dealer.
Same here. Ford Chat says the records show "Received" which means the vehicle has been received by a carrier at a ramp location (ramp 2G, Port Wilmington, DE (9/10/22, 3:34 PM). Still have an ETA of 9/12 -9/18. So there should not be a need to track train anymore. Just sit and wait for it to...
Well it is on the move again (9/11/22 9:14 PM), still staying in Delaware but could not make out what the tracker was saying. Hope it will be close Dover.
I really do not know, I guess as long as Broncos are on rail car. At least mine is still in the same state. I will keep tracking as long as I get information on location. Good luck on yours I hope it starts moving in the right direction.
Just checked the train tracker and my OBX is still on rail car. Move ftrom Port Wilmington, DE and arrived in Edgemore, DE (9/11/22 at 3:55), "Intermediate Arrival on Train".
Well my OBX is still at Port Wilmington, DE. But checking rail car tracker this morning is shows "actual placement of car", (9/10/22 6:07 AM) so I thing this means it is off the rail car and in a parking space. Hopefully it will be in Dover, DE next week, early I hope.
