If they are interested maybe you can make some templates for the pieces and just sell the templates...
That can be sent fairly cheap in the mail... They can take the templates to a friend or a local metal shop to have them made..
"I don’t have the skills to do cad sorry."
Don't cut yourself short... You did use cad, just old school Cad
"Cardboard Aided Design"
works best with an eyecrometer..
:ROFLMAO:
I just want to add a bit to this thread... I was a purchaser of the steps early on... Slowly I watched the steps start to rust. after the second winter. I decided to send an email mentioning of my experience and provide some feedback.(Not knowing of others having the same experience)
To my...
@Chritaka
Glad to see you finally decided on your bumper and all went well with the install!
Looking forward to see what you do with the Jerry can... I will be watching as I still may incorporate gasoline storage.
Sorry just seen this…
I do not have the coax style. I did not use. (Let me know if you need it if it will help with your set up.)
I like the idea of going through the original grommet (like stock)
Although I did go through the vent,I ended up creating a bracket and drill a couple holes to...
If you had metal fatigue that is definitely something that I would have documented and sent directly to LOD for comments and/or replacement.
Have any photos to show us?
I would like to see, I am also going to contact LOD and ask about reported issues. They have been making this set up for...
Shims come in the package, however I think I may have needed a little extra so I used a couple of the large washers instead. I have some pictures in the "show off your rear bumper" thread I started. There are others that have chimed in as well.

On the LOD bumper they have a positive stop that is bolted on the bumper itself. There is a tab welded onto the swing carrier. When the swing carrier reaches the positive stop it will not go any further. You can choose where you want the tail gate/carrier to stop. Not high tech, just a stop...

I like the idea of lowering the tire a bit, I considered it myself. However I realize that it would make it difficult to
hook and unhook the trailer (the latch mechanism) I use the trailer frequently, so it is not an option for me. I like the way you have the cans tucked away.
I had to run...
One other item that you may have to address... I had to shim the bracket for the tire carrier mount to allow the spare tire carrier to sit parallel with the tailgate. Other folks I spoke with also had to shim the carrier bracket.
I also agree with his comments on getting additional center bezels. I may eventually swap them all out for the larger flat sensor clips. For some reason I am seeing the large flat sensor clips on the Wild track.
I added the rack to mine the other day. still trying to determine where I want...
Stop the back portion at the tailgate.
Fold passenger seat out of way. Lengthen the passenger side of the cargo net/mesh and extend to front up to dash. The front portion would be fastened to the upper roof structure.
The nets can easily hold the weight of an adult. Not for older folks but...
