I finally received the “built” email and am awaiting shipping. However the dealer said its still on a chip hold and to not get my hopes up. Has anyone else seen this happen? I thought once the built email was sent and status was moved to built-awaiting shipping that it was off the chip hold...

Have been on a chip hold since the blend date and was just told by ford today it will likely be another 2-3 months. If yours isnt already completed, dont get your hopes up about receiving before year end.

After 2+ weeks at the "In Production" status, they finally admitted I'm on a chip hold. No idea how long it will be now.

did they give you any indication as to why you have been in production for so long?

I'm a 9/8 blend and am still in production. have been told there are no chip or part holds but no one can tell me why the delay either.

9/8 Blend date. still showing as in production on fords tracker. sometimes if I call or chat I'm told it has been built but just hasnt moved on the tracker yet to built and that it will be shipped to the dealer by 9/23 (Im in Ohio so going by convoy and only about 5 hours from the plant)...

I was a 9/8 blend, still showing as in production on the tracking site but when going into chat they told me its complete and waiting on shipment. so you may try chatting with ford and see if you can get more info.

where do you see that your tear tag has populated? i know its a hurdle but not sure where to look. im a 9/8 blend date and tracker is showing in production. modules have been activated so i think tear tag is next, just not sure where to look for it?

Did you get an email that you were bumped or did ford chat tell you? Does the date on your WS change when you get bumped?
