Shhh, I'm trying to convince my wife to go with a bronco instead of a GC or GW (she had one before and wants another). Love the interior and comfort but don't like the exterior of either and we've had 3 GC's over the years. I keep telling her the ride in the Bronco will be so much better than...
It's Kinda funny...I've been guilty of the same thing years ago in my expedition...parking in snow covered lots where other vehicles wouldn't.
Now of they were stacking (the stupidest if all practices) then its another story!
Like I mentioned in earlier post to broadicustomworks, not sure I would have gotten rid of the jeep. The rubicon LJ is true unicorn but I suspect you got a pretty penny for it.
Would not have gotten rid of the TJ unless there was something beyond repair. Such a great and capable small, light vehicle! The amount you got couldn't have made much difference in the Broncos price. Or course I completely get the never ending upgrade path especially on multiple vehicles.
OK, I really have to be better about documenting my mods! I'm now thinking I have more into mine that I thought! You weren't fooling around with that rig. Too bad on the engine. I have the diesel which I love. I have never liked the 3.6 and with the demise of the diesel and the 392 on...
I gotta ask what you did to the JL for 20K and what if anything are you going to do to the Bronco?
I have several jeeps and had a Braptor but sold it (at peak). Looking to get into another Bronco (Badlands or Wildtrack not sure) but will not sell the jeeps, they're all simply too much fun to...
Why are we supposed to call dealer to find out if arrived? It's an order I your name. Mine was built in June and not delivered until Oct. In that time I had 0 contact with my dealer. We had talked many times durring the 2 year process so I figured if he needed something he would contact me...
Wow! Those are crazy numbers! Don't get the 206k...something isn't right about that. Odd so many ebay never hit reserve. Wonder what the current one on cars and bids will do?
Picked up my Braptor last week. I can't say enough about this vehicle! It's easily the most impressive factory off roader perhaps ever. I'm a jeep lover but this is on a whole other level. Nothing in jeeps current line up compares and that includes the 392. Amazing on road performance and...
Well, I hold my cars for years....and have sold several almost what I paid for when new, some were planned purchases of a limited production others were just lucky. Not why I bought the Braptor but certainly want to see these keep demand and value over time.
One of the reasons I got the Raptor beyond just being a fun vehicle is having a specialty vehicle that will hold value over the long haul. F150 raptors always seem to do well and retain value very good. Looking at the current slim open market for individuals (not dealers) selling (or flipping)...
Well, just got my 'shipped' email on Monday the 12th - after sitting since 6/29 in production. Ford tracker has shipped with delivery between 9/26 and 10/2. Order Track on the other hand still has awaiting shipment. Wonder how this shutdown and possible strike might impact that might have on...
I have to add, I have a manual TJ. Wouldn't want to drive it in a serious rock garden without the hand throttle. It's a must for anything more than going over a few rocks.
When we were at the Austin one last summer there were a couple of two doors and manuals. That may have changed. All the 4 doors were Sasquatch. Wouldn't consider any in our available stable mall crawlers.
I do hope they start offering events at these venues for our personal vehicles. Lots...
