I finally had the time to install my D1 steps. They provided the step-down my wife was looking for and enough "door ding" coverage for my concerns. They almost exactly line up with the edge of the wheels.

Well, my D1s arrived today. It was a surprise on the doorstep since my shipping email went to junk folder. I’ll post pics as soon as they’re on in the next couple days.

I know my personal experience, I could order just the parts from the parts counter for ~$7500 and there would be there in 5 days. We asked for a quote when we picked our Bronco last month. I didn't question any thing further since we're not willing to spend that. We'll wait for prices to come...

Woohoo, I wasn't part of the 1st round but I just got my shipping notification.

This was our case. We had our name down with a dealer to call if something fell thru. He called a few weeks later because the person who ordered one already acquired a bronco via a different dealer. We were able to buy it for MSRP, which totally surprised us.

I got 3 emails. The order acceptance. The next morning a backorder status and the next day an ETA. Hopefully it doesn’t take that long.
