This was not an OTA, I performed the update using a J2534 OBD adapter and getting a FDRS 2 day subscription.

Confirming it’s possible on ‘21 big bend even though the dealership stated it wasn’t possible I just performed the update in my driveway.

What ‘21 model do you have? I have ‘21 big bend and tried doing this at the dealership and they said it wasn’t possible.

Did the dealership resolve the issue?

Went to the dealership for this issue, they ordered a new sensor but it didnt take and still dealing with the issue and now check engine light is on and recieving notification in app that ambient temperture sensor is not functioning properly. Maybe i need to try to disconnect battery and dust...

Yes, has happened to me on several occasions. Took apart everything to make sure there were no kinks in the line, connections were all correct and from what I have read to make sure washer fluid hadn’t solidified (more so during the winter months) in the end didn’t see anything that wrong...
