Could be a Ford thing, my 2020 Ranger does this at highway speeds. It's got an aftermarket grille so I just figured it was that (don't remember if it had it with the stock grille).

I think it's the rack. I know my roof rack on my 2014 Explorer made the highway pretty loud with some lovely whistling, got a little better with a wind deflector in front of the rack.
I noticed in the B&P you can't put the Roof Rails/Rack on a 4 door Badlands with the 2.7 liter engine. The accessories site says it's not compatible either. Is something actually different with the roof or are they just saying that due to weight concerns or something?

I have a Ranger and got that emblem for the front grill and tailgate. I will say the rear Ranger emblem is bigger for sure but the front one may be the same size.
