Anyone else have some mics wires just hanging out under the hood near the driver side firewall? Are these to one of the aux switches?

Anyone else have a lot of air coming in between the door seal and rear drivers side window? When I am on the interstate it’s pretty noisy and you can feel a significant amount of air coming in. it’s almost like the seal needs to be a 1/16” further out to keep a tight seal.
