I spoke to a shop yesterday and they said it could be popped back together. I took the boot off and realigned it and gave it a couple of whack with the hammer. It has a snap ring that catches once it goes back in. Seems to be pretty solid and drove it around a bit with no issues! Thank god...

I got the front passenger shock out no problem. However when doing the drivers side I couldn’t get the lower control arm to go lower…. I gave it some force and popped the CV joint apart on the knuckle side…. What the hell do I do now…. Get a new CV? Or can I get this popped back in? Please...
