  1. All I want for Christmas is... raised floor with two full slide drawers for the cargo area (only)

I just want a raised floor with two full slide drawers for the cargo area (only) for the Bronco. I'd like the top to follow the contours of the rear cargo area (not just squared off) so there aren't any gaps for stuff to fall into. Why has no one made this available for sale? Thinking an...
  2. Big improvement after first oil change?

Anyone else feel an improvement in their 2.7 after the first oil change? Mine seems to be running smoother and MPG seems to be up slightly… Could be a placebo effect.
  3. First winter MIC lube job

Got the rear MIC squeaks as temps hit low 30s for the first time. Liberal application of Super Lube and hopefully good until spring. Those high pitched squeaks were surprisingly annoying.
  4. DD Ditch Light Wiring Modification

Where and how to I cut the DD factory wiring harness when I’m using the factory aux switches? There is an excessive amount of wire and I don’t need the aftermarket switch. So. Much. Extra. Wire.
  5. Off-road sketch and the Bronco would’ve laughed at me

As an off roadie newb and having broken in the new ride, I decided to run what I thought would be a really tame county “road” here in Alabama called 600.1. Turns out, it’s not a softie route (at least not for a rookie like me). Every time I thought I might scrape a skid plate or catch a hard...
  6. Pedal Commander- Hidden Mount

Heard about people mounting the control box on the metal plate under the steering wheel dash panel but never saw a pic. Mounted mine today on the backside, lower half of the panel. The panel has beads in it so I made sure the top and bottom strips of Velcro were attaching to those high points...
  7. OEM Skids with Wildtrak Bash Plate and Capable Bumper

Will the OEM skid plates bolt up to the Wildtrak bash plate and capable bumper? Trying to figure out if the Wildtrak bash plate works with other skids- OEM or aftermarket... Let me also ask- can you get the OEM gas tank skid by itself?
  8. GOAT Fab Sliders are better than expected!

These sliders are BEEFY and incredibly well finished. Pictures don’t do these things justice. The angle makes them tuck perfectly to the body, maintains a bunch of ground clearance and look phenomenal. Again, no pics online really show how good they look installed. Just buy them- you’ll be...
  9. Revenge of the Newbs

Based on the posts and questions being asked, you can tell who just ordered in March. Us grizzly malcontents have had much more time to learn all the sordid details of this ordering and ownership blood-letting. I’ve been resisting the “did you try searching” response that was super en vogue...
  10. Mabett Mudflaps- Hardware Change

Just n case anyone missed this, the Mabett Mudflaps on Amazon are shipping with 30mm M6 1.0, “chrome” bolts. I bring this up because the images still show black hardware and the new bolts are way too long. Because they are so long, they will stick into your wheel wells pretty substantially...
  11. Stuck in Production- Bronco Marketing 800# Any Help?

Has anyone had success getting help from the Bronco Marketing 800# about a build stuck in production "purgatory?" It doesn't seem like any meaningful information has been shared- mostly referring back to the tracker or dealer. I'm curious if anyone actually got helpful and/ or specific...
  12. How do Dirt Mountain Broncos get finished?

I get the factory literally walks through the holding lots installing chip modules when that’s a constraint but how do they finish Broncos that may need a new rear axle or a component in the third member? Do they run them back down a production line in batches or is there a shop where they...
  13. Dirt Mountain 3.0

So now that we have Dirt Mountain 3.0 (maybe 4.0 as I’ve lost count) @Ford , what was the average wait time after blend date before those of you stuck there got shipped? Seemed it ranged between two and four months with some 6 months plus. Just trying to get a sense of what those of us in...
  14. Tracker? Email? MAP?

Tracker- based on the last several build weeks and comms they are receiving from ford- should we officially dismiss the tracker as a source of reliable information? Email updates- same question as above- many of us aren’t getting them at all MAP- anyone have a drone to fly over the holding...
  15. Bronco tax

Anyone else more than a little annoyed that rock sliders, as one example, are 30% more expensive for the Bronco than other makes and models? Same stuff- just a 30% tax. Will you remember those vendors who took advantage of the lack of aftermarket support early in the Bronco product and avoid...
  16. Preparing for the inevitable.

This week will be the last scheduling week before Ford opens up the order banks again. While I am trying to be ok with the fact that most of the remaining orders won’t be scheduled and I’m likely to be one of them, I’m running out of patience. Just needed to vent…
  17. Ford creates another hoop to jump through before March 7th "deadline"

Not sure if anyone else caught this in Tim Bartz' (@FordVideoGuy) update last night but now dealers have to go in to the COVP system and select what each of their non-scheduled order holders is planning to do with their outstanding order. IIRC- those options are: 1. Cancel 2. Cancel your Bronco...
  18. Heritage and Raptor Scheduling only 2/9

Tim Bartz had an interesting take on his livestream last night. He thought there was a chance only specialty builds may be scheduled until the March 7th incentive cutoff for changing constrained orders. He also mentioned he thought Ford was likely to push back the date for opening new retail...
  19. Your dealer may already know if you're going to get built in '23

Buried in the dozens of pages about the infamous Ford change-your-order-or-else email/ announcement was some discussion about Ford providing all of the allocation modeling for the balance of '23 to the dealers. I apologize that I can't find the original poster to give credit but I can confirm...
