    Mickey Thompson Classic Locks (fake bead locks) They don't make them anymore which is a shame. They were one of the few 15" wheels that had a 3-1/4" to 3-1/2" back space that could clear the knuckle of a 1976-1977 Bronco Dana 44.

    I believe the OP was talking about 285's on 18" diameter wheels. You are correct, the 285/70-17 will fit fine with a "close to stock" back spacing.

    I went down the "Optima" road once. I bought a blue top for my boat, it didn't make it a whole season.:mad: I'm in my mid 60's now, bought all types of batteries for all types of machines, Optima was my worst experience with a battery by far.
