    From my understanding, they include bolts and frames to secure mud flaps the first time. And it will be easily removable before going off road to take off the mud flaps by the hand screws and keep the frame there. I personally like this solution.

    Looking at the mud flaps and found a video of the set that can be installed and removed with the hand screws easily. I love this solution! Instead of bolts they use screw knobs that spin in and out without tools. You can install and uninstall each flap in 30 seconds.
