I did the K&N intake but I have the 2.3 engine. I think as long as the CAI you select upgrades the filter, airbox and intake tube. You will see performance gains. There is definitely more high end power.
I used Powerbass and I think the true tweeter plus the 3 ohm resistance made a big difference.

I did a pretty basic upgrade. I replaced all my 4 inch speaks with Powerbass 2xl

These are 3 Ohm speakers, so you get more volume from the stock amp.
Kick panel speakers are stock.
I did add a down-firing 12 inch...
I've got the Ford Performance Tune and the K&N Performance Intake System for the 2.3. From the looks of the Injen, it is similar to the K&N--they both offer upgraded intake tube, not just an airbox and filter.
I installed the K&N first, probably a month before I got the tune. I can attest...
Ford Performance Calibration is 330HP and 385TQ at the crank on 2.3. Is it a 15% drivetrain loss????
I don't think you can get to 350whp (400 crank HP) without a turbo swap....intake, charge pipes, FMIC, full exhaust and tune. I am sure this will exceed 400 Crank TQ....I'd image 350 Crank HP...
You can read some of my saga here: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/k-n-2021-ford-bronco-2-3l-aircharger-performance-intake.38441/page-2
First, make sure you have all the parts depicted in the instructions--some of my parts were completely wrong. Part N was wrong, make sure it fits into...
Yes, I had the dealer install my lift and wheels/tires (and a few other things) before I took delivery. They didn't mention anything about voiding the warranty. I think it's like a "don't ask, don't tell" policy. ;-)
In case you are wondering.....here is pic with the lift.
I have been thinking about getting this one: https://www.freedomoutfittersus.com/product-page/ford-bronco-raptor-grille
I did remove my grill to install my black gloss BRONCO letters. Be careful disconnecting washer and electrical lines. I got little careless with the tabs and snapped...
I've got a Non-Sas Outbanks. I have a 3.5 inch Rough Country with 37x12.5. I have Fuel Rebel -12 offset...I think. Yes, my crash bars are removed.
The dealer said I could have used a 2 inch lift and still cleared the 37's. So, you should be good to clear 35's Offset is key...pushes the wheel...
I've got 2.3 Advanced (4.27) on 37s. I don't off road but it stops and goes just fine.
I had it delivered this way from the dealer, so I never drove it stock. I do have the Ford Performance Tune and a K&N Intake. You can change your tire size with the Ford Performance ProCal tool that...
I guess it's a start, there is a intercooler upgrade for Bronco on Cobb's website: https://www.cobbtuning.com/products/cooling/ford-front-mount-intercooler-black-bronco-2021-2022
Just need an intake and access port for a full Stage 2 Kit. ;-)
This just randomly happened to me. Any fixes? I tried a Synch Reset but that didn't fix it. The menu doesn't open and my XM internet stations don't work. I haven't tried Alexa but I assume that won't work either.
Or your dealer highly recommends you order the 2.3, if you want your Bronco anytime soon. ;-)
Yes, I wanted the 2.7 but I am happy with the 2.3--Of Course I added, the K&N Intake and Ford Performance Tune.
I think there are some third-party dyno results showing decent gains with K&N system on the 2.3 alone without a tune. I can attest that both low-end and high-end felt a bit more powerful from the butt-dyno.
