Aloha All!! I'm reaching out from Hawaii, does anyone know or recommend any Ford dealership does not add dealer mark up or reasonable mark up? Hawaii dealers are adding $6995 -$10995 mark ups. I'm not against their way of charging or making money but almost $7000 mark up crossed line. Thanks all
