    To anyone who added the rough country tailgate reinforcement and is still experiencing a rattle. Make sure you are torquing all bolts to the correct spec, especially the supplied allen bolts that fasten the hinges. This has fixed my pop/rattle over bumps thus far.     This may have already been noted, but, for those not achieving maximum light height on passenger side - make sure you adjust this after the assembly is installed.

    Just an FYI: A gentleman in another thread took his to a dealer and they found a crack in a spot weld upon disassembling. Looks like they are replacing the entire tailgate assembly. Seems like Ford under-engineered these...
